- Natural fibers (cottons, silks) and synthetics (polyesters) and their
blends, as well as leather, are possibilities.
- All should be absorbent without prior sizing, wax or oil.
- If cloth has been starched or sized, wash it out before use,
- Wax and oils can be removed from leather with acetone.
